We understand that sometimes a product might not arrive in the condition you expected. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Roj Dairy.

How to Return a Product

If you wish to return a product, please contact us by email within 1 working day of receiving the product, stating the reason for the return.

Refunds and Replacements

We will issue a replacement product or a full refund if the wrong item was dispatched by us or if a product is not of acceptable quality. We will also take postage and packaging charges into account.

Returning the Item

We may require that the wrong or unsatisfactory item is returned to us. All returns must reach us within 10 working days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and unopened, with the original packaging and labeling still attached. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Refund Method

If a refund is necessary, we can only refund the debit/credit card originally used for the purchase.
