Roj Dairy reserves the right to change product prices or withdraw products from sale without prior notice. All prices are listed in Euro. For purchases using non-Euro credit cards, your bank will apply the relevant exchange rate.

6. My Account Feature

By opting into the "my account" feature, your billing and shipping details, as well as previous purchase information, are stored securely. Please note that we do not store debit/credit card information. We may use your purchase history to inform future offers or promotions.

7. Substitutions

Due to the artisanal nature of our cheeses, some products may occasionally be unavailable. In such cases, we will substitute with a similar cheese of equivalent value. If you prefer to cancel your order instead of receiving a substitution, please inform us when placing your order.

8. Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering the highest quality cheeses. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the contents immediately. If you encounter any issues, contact us via email at info@rojdairy.ie within 2 working days. We can arrange for a replacement or a refund as necessary.

If your order is damaged during delivery, please notify us as soon as possible and provide photos if possible. We cannot accept claims for damage or deterioration unless we are informed promptly. We are not responsible for quality deterioration due to:

- Incorrect addresses

- Unopened parcels

- Delays caused by weather conditions

- Gifts sent to recipients who are unavailable to receive them

9. Ownership and Risk

Ownership and risk of the goods pass to you upon delivery, provided full payment has been received.

10. Returns Policy

For non-perishable items, we may request a return and will reimburse postage costs. However, we do not require the return of perishable items.

11. Delivery Terms

Orders under 10Kg incur a €6.00 delivery charge within Ireland. We use an overnight courier service for deliveries in Ireland.

Orders placed before 12 PM are dispatched the next working day, except for orders placed from Thursday to Sunday, which are dispatched on Monday. You can select a future dispatch date, but deliveries in Ireland are only made Tuesday-Friday.

Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address. You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched and a text message on the day of delivery.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to extreme weather or other events beyond our control, such as civil actions or delivery vehicle breakdowns. During the Christmas period, please allow extra time for delivery.

12. Payment Methods

We accept credit card and PayPal payments online. All payments are processed securely through an authorized Payment Service Provider. We do not retain any card numbers.

Payment is taken at the time of order placement. If payment authorization fails, the order will not be processed. Ensure you receive both an order confirmation and a payment confirmation email.

Roj Dairy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, without penalty.

We retain personal data necessary to fulfill your order and may use it for marketing purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Credit card details are not stored after payment.
